[Applicants: Ole ensimmäisten 25 hakijan joukossa | Level: Mid-Senior level] Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking aElectrical Construction Managerto join our team.ResponsibilitiesManage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager, ensuring all works meet the highest standardsOversee the project schedule with the Project Team and prepare two-week look-aheads for upcoming worksEnsure labour resources are planned and maintained in line with project requirementsSupervise subcontractor activities, monitoring progress against schedules and manpower trackersIdentify and report all variations and delays to Project ManagementVerify that all plant and materials delivered are in line with specifications and safely stored onsiteSupport project close-out, including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, and material handovers, in collaboration with the Site Project ManagerUphold compliance and governance standards, including:Enforcing Health & Safety requirements and promoting safe working practicesDriving continuous safety improvements and ensuring high housekeeping standardsCompleting weekly "Don't Walk By" safety cardsCollaborate with Package Managers to develop and implement company proceduresManage change control effectively, ensuring cost and programme impacts are captured and addressedThis role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical electrical construction activities while contributing to the successful delivery of major projects.RequirementsRelevant Electrical Qualification essential eg.
