[Industry: Computer Hardware Manufacturing, Software Development, and IT Services and IT Consulting | Type: Full-time | Level: Not Applicable] About Our GroupThe CTO Office PMO (Program Management Office) manages projects for the Research & Product Development (R&PD) organization. R&PD includes strong and diverse global engineering talent focused on fulfilling Seagate’s product development strategy for cloud storage through the edge.The mission of the CTO Office PMO is to effectively enable data-driven decision-making within the larger organization, by ensuring that the right decisions are being made by the right people, at the right time, and with the right data.About The Role - You WillWork closely with PMs and engineering stakeholders to design and implement web-based project workflows and communications via web pages and dashboards.Interview stakeholders to define requirements.Document requirements and proposed solutions and review with team members and stakeholders as part of acceptance criteria.Identify opportunities for automation.Use technologies within the Seagate IT infrastructure such as (but not limited to) SharePoint, O365, Lucid Chart, Jira, Smartsheet, Power Automate, and Tableau.Work with our partners and stakeholders, within R&PD and in other business functions, through services and activities including:Efficiency improvements including data/workflow automation, budget/spend tracking tools, and lean process improvements.Data analysis and visualization, presenting complex quantitative data as meaningful information, using tools like Alteryx and TableauAbout YouVisual design and presentation skills.Proven ability to document requirements and work with stakeholders to refine and get approval.Aptitude for learning and using low-code applications and workflows.Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet).Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field.Your Experience IncludesProjects automating data flows, workflows, single-source, communications, or other repeatable tasks and information.Demonstrated experience with low-code applications and workflows.Familiarity or aptitude with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Planner or Power Automate.Location:Our Longmont product-design campus is nestled against the foothills with exceptional views of the Rocky Mountains.
