Job Title: Customer Service Rep Location: Pittsburgh, PA, 15275 Employment Type: Long term contract Pay rate: $25-30/Hr. This includes maintenance of customer messages and contact information in Customer Master Data records, notifying plants of special customer requests and shipping arrangements verifying price and incoterms on purchase orders.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping our existing customers make changes to their current insurance policies from one of Jerry's 55+ insurance carrier partners. From processing service changes to answering questions regarding policy details, you will support our customers with enthusiasm and care.

Responsibilities include logging and tracking tickets in the firm’s IT support system to support statistical report generation, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring timely resolution of user requests. Provide first-level support for Windows operating systems, standard desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers), video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom), proprietary firm applications, mobile devices (iOS/Android), internet/intranet, and hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
