a) Lead day-to-day cloud platform operations for the Cloud File Transfer (CFT) platform, with a strong focus on monitoring, performance optimisation, reliability, release management, and continuous improvement within AWS environments. e) Experience defining, implementing, and enforcing operational processes, procedures, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, automation, and cloud security best practices.
