This role focuses on building robust data architectures while leading hands-on Data Governance initiatives to ensure data quality, consistency, and business alignment. Key Responsibilities Data Architecture & Design Design and implement scalable, secure data architectures supporting supply chain operations and analytics Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models Ensure efficient schema design, performance optimization, and system integration Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions Data Governance & Quality Lead the implementation of data governance standards, policies, and best practices Establish data quality frameworks, validation rules, and monitoring mechanisms Ensure data lineage, integrity, and compliance across data platforms Implement audit and issue management processes for data quality Manage centralized data assets including KPIs, metrics, definitions, and dashboards Define and track asset quality scoring and governance metrics Collaboration & Leadership Act as a key data advisor to business, analytics, and engineering teams Provide architectural guidance and promote enterprise data best practices Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Governance Strong domain experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics Proven, hands-on experience implementing Data Governance frameworks Strong proficiency in SQL and Python Experience building and managing ETL/ELT pipelines Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise databases Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance standards Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Data Architecture or Analytics Experience working in Agile environments Familiarity with DevOps and version control tools Exposure to advanced analytics, ML, or AI concepts Work Location Bay Area candidates with the ability to work onsite three days per week are preferred Lenora Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
