Cybersecurity Specialist (1–2 Years Experience) Company: AaraTech Inc About the Role AaraTech Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Specialist (1–2 years experience) to support the organization’s information security, risk management, and compliance initiatives. The Cybersecurity Specialist will collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to monitor security controls, analyze threats, and support incident response and security operations.

Role Overview As a Cyber Security Intern at Staffline Solutions, you will work closely with our security and IT teams to gain hands-on exposure to real-world cybersecurity operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying security vulnerabilities across networks, systems, and applications Support basic security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing activities Monitor security alerts and assist in the investigation of potential incidents Help implement security best practices, controls, and internal policies Gain exposure to SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms Assist in creating incident response documentation and security reports Support compliance initiatives and basic risk assessments aligned with industry standards Learn core network security concepts including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access control mechanisms Eligibility & Requirements Currently pursuing degree Basic understanding of computer networking fundamentals Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems Strong interest in cybersecurity, threat detection, and system protection Analytical mindset with attention to detail Nice to Have (Optional Skills) Basic knowledge of networking tools or platforms Exposure to vulnerability scanning or penetration testing tools Awareness of cybersecurity frameworks Familiarity with common cyber threats and attack techniques What You’ll Gain Hands-on exposure to real-world cybersecurity operations Practical experience in vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, and incident response Stipend Starting at US$18 per hour, with potential increases based on performance in assessments and interviews.
