Position Overview The Customer Financial Services (CFS) Business Analyst delivers standardized reporting and analytics that support data-driven decisions across Credit, Billing, and Collections. This role focuses on reporting execution, KPI tracking, data validation, and performance analysis related to accounts receivable and third-party collections.

Your passion for all things digital combined with a strong analytical background will identify market opportunities, focus on user experience, and drive product excellence from requirements definition to product launch and support.
