At Kimball Midwest, you are a name and not a number and we pride ourselves on our unique culture.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for creating, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions that provide operational stability and seamless business continuity.Responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that provide consistent, delightful experiences.Engages in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept/design to development to delivery and post-launch support.Collaborates with product partners and business stakeholders to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software solutions which align with team strategies, standards, and guardrails.Performs code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards, provides constructive feedback to team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience1-4 years of experience and proficiency developing software applications using object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#Experience and proficiency working with relational database systems – including querying, design, implementation, and optimizationConceptual understanding of DevOps practices and principles, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and collaboration with operations teams to automate and streamline the software development lifecycleExperience and proficiency with cloud computing, including deploying and managing cloud-based applications, leveraging cloud services, and implementing best practicesAbility to work outside of normal business hoursAdditional InformationThis is a fully on-site position reporting to the office Monday through Friday.We offer a benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, company sponsored life, optional life and disability insurance, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, a 401(k) p...
